Loyalty Rewards Program terms & Conditions
Membership Eligibility
No purchase is necessary to become a member ("Member") of or to enroll in Big Biscuit Bakery and Pet Supply’s (Big Biscuit Bakery) Loyalty Rewards program (“Loyalty Program"). Member shall provide its name, email address and phone number upon signup for the Loyalty Program and agrees to receive Rewards account and transactional communications via email or text. Member must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Benefits
Member will earn 1 BISCUIT point for every dollar spent on regular priced merchandise at Big Biscuit Bakery store, and/or online at bigbiscuitbakery.com. Loyalty Rewards Dollars (Rewards Dollars) will be issued to Member based on BISCUIT points accrued, by which Member may redeem towards any future purchases. Loyalty Rewards Dollars will be issued to Members at the following levels:
- Twenty (20) Reward Dollars for every 300 BISCUITS earned or,
- Fifty (50) Reward Dollars for every 600 BISCUITS earned or,
- One hundred twenty (120) Reward Dollars for every 1200 BISCUITS earned.
General Terms
Biscuit points earned are based on total Member spending at the Big Biscuit Bakery and Pet Supply store, and online at
bigbiscuitbakery.com. BISCUIT points will not accrue for money spent by Member on tax or shipping or via coupons, promotions, or special pricing. Neither BISCUIT points nor Rewards Dollars have any cash value and therefore cannot be redeemed in full or in part for cash or gift cards or certificates.
Members must provide their enrolled phone number at the point of checkout to receive Biscuit points for their purchase. For purchases at bigbiscuitbakery.com, Member must enter in their enrolled phone number to complete the transaction to accrued Biscuit points or redeem rewards dollars for that transaction. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information. Please email info@bigbiscuitbakery.com to update Member account information.
Biscuit points and Reward Dollars are not assignable, saleable, transferable, replaceable, or redeemable for cash. Big Biscuit Bakery is not responsible for Biscuit points or Reward Dollars not received as a result of Member's failure to provide an accurate phone number, email address and/or update Member's personal information.
Big Biscuit Bakery may text or email Member with loyalty program updates, account statements, and/or transactional information. Member consents to these text/email notifications which are required as part of Big Biscuit Bakery Loyalty Program membership. Members may opt-out of promotional email messages anytime by contacting Big Biscuit Bakery at
Points Accrual Rules
Member is solely responsible for any federal, state and local taxes associated with any purchases where applicable. Points are earned on all eligible transactions completed at Big Biscuit Bakery store and on bigbiscuitbakery.com through cash, credit card or using Big Biscuit Bakery gift cards. All eligible purchases are applied towards accruing Biscuit points and may be redeemed for rewards dollars at each qualifying level towards Member’s future purchases.
Purchases made by Members to buy Gift Cards are not eligible to receive Biscuit points. Shipping costs resulting from online transactions are not eligible to receive Biscuit points.
If Member's Account is inactive for 180 days, any accumulated Biscuit points towards Loyalty Reward Dollars will be reset to zero (0). Inactive is defined as not having any purchase activity posted to Member's Account.
If a Member believes their eligible purchase was incorrectly applied toward earning Biscuit points, please contact Big Biscuit Bakery via email at info@bigbiscuitbakery.com. Please include the Member's name, enrolled telephone number and e-mail address. Failure to supply adequate information may result in delay in issue resolution.
Big Biscuit Bakery may present additional opportunities from time to time for Member to earn Biscuit points by engaging in non-purchase behavior online, including, but not limited to, completing a Member profile or answering a survey, with Biscuit points increments varying at Big Biscuit Bakery’s discretion. BigBiscuitBakery.com purchases made by Member using secure checkout with their enrolled phone number is eligible to earn Biscuit points towards Rewards Dollars.
Points and Reward Dollar Return Policy
If Member returns merchandise purchased with Rewards Dollars, the returned value will only equate to the total cash or credit originally charged. The Rewards Dollars applied to the original transaction will not be credited back to the Member. Biscuit Points, however, earned on a qualifying item will be deducted if the item is returned.
Cancellation and Termination Policy
Big Biscuit Bakery maintains the right to terminate Member's participation in the Loyalty Rewards Program at any time. Upon termination of the Program, Member will forfeit any inactivated Points and/or Rewards Dollars. Repeated return of merchandise for which Points /or Reward Dollars have been rewarded may result in termination of Member's participation in the Loyalty Rewards Program if in Big Biscuit Bakery’s sole opinion such behavior is determined to be fraudulent.
Modification of Program Policy
Big Biscuit Bakery reserves the right to modify and/or terminate the Loyalty Rewards Program and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Terms and Conditions for the Program will be posted at
bigbiscuitbakery.com/loyaltytermsandconditions. Member's continued participation in the Loyalty Rewards Program, including use of its Account, Points and/or any Rewards Dollars shall indicate Member's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Member Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
Big Biscuit Bakery and Pet Supply’s
Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall apply to Member's membership in Loyalty Rewards Program.
Release of Liability
Member releases Big Biscuit Bakery and Pet Supply, LLC., its affiliate entities, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all liability relating to Member's Loyalty Rewards Program membership and/or these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the substantive laws of the state of Massachusetts, without reference to conflict-of-laws.
